Partial payments may count in your favor. That shows that the sender (borrower) acknowledges the debt and is making reimbursements. The lack of a contract does complicate things, but you do have this action of the borrower to be taken in your favor. A court would consider this aspect in the overall scheme.

File for breach of contract. You can ask to file for criminal breach. Also fraud and misrepresentation. You have the title, keep it with you. Full payment has not been made according to the agreement and so you won’t hand over the title.

They may or may not call. That depends on their mood, work load, competence, etc. Jurisdictions vary in their practices. Normally, they show up in the evenings when people are usually at home. You can always go to the station yourself; however, the concerned officer may not be available at that time.

Some relatively recent court rulings have held that passport verifications have to be submitted by a police official at a higher rank, probably at an inspector level – check this. This is because certain corrupt lower level officials approved the verification after taking bribes. And officials cannot refuse approval for non payment of bribes. There is a paper or electronic trail maintained on officers tasked with these duties.

If you are not at the address you gave in your passport application, the police may ask you to go to the police station with your documents. Alternatively, you can call the police station and inform them or state that you wish to go to the station with the documents. Procedures may vary between jurisdictions, but this is one standard way passport verifications are completed.

There have been several recent court rulings in this regard. Banks and cyber officials can only put a hold on the disputed amount and cannot freeze the entire account. If you take this to court, the court will issue a ruling in your favor.

In the meantime, take these legal judgments to the bank and the cyber office. Many of the people working in these departments are unaware of these rulings or they are intentionally running afoul of the rulings.

Maybe I wasn’t clear. You should do this asap to cover your bases. Waiting to do so after a few gigs may be too late.

If you want to do this professionally, I suggest you set up a formal venture. You can then outsource and collaborate with others. Otherwise, even if you collaborate with lawyers in the alternative situation, you can still be held legally liable for violations. Collaborating partners may not have your best interests when things go wrong. In a formal venture, you can set up matters such that you are protected from bad actors.

Your desire to assist victims of criminal activity is lauded. The techniques you have described are standard tools to uncover trails. Some of these processes involve access to privileged data, devices and networks. I hope that you are doing everything ethically and in accordance with the law. Violating the law while aiming to be a positive Robinhood can land you in difficult waters.

File a cyber complaint online. You can also visit your local station and file a written complaint. Provide all the details of what happened and the actions that your mother took, her fears, etc. Police have technical expertise to obtain details. So called Pakistan numbers can be spoofed.

Someone from your inner circle or acquaintances may have a hand in these events. You can also contact whatsapp, but the police investigators will be able to handle that.

Your friend concocted an elaborate scheme to defraud you. They asked for the money in cash and fully intended to deposit a similar amount in your account through legitimate electronic banking channels. Then they planned to ask you to return that same amount and to threaten you with legal and other consequences. The net result would be that you would have been out of twice the original amount.

Here you are safe because your friend will not be able to explain why they electronically deposited such a large amount into your account. They have no legitimate evidence of having received a loan. However, do note that you may have to explain to IT the reason for the electronic deposit of this large sum.

Not clear what solution you are looking for. Your brother didn’t buy a platform ticket and accessed the platform illegally, i.e. without a ticket. IR is authorised to prosecute ticketless travellers and visitors. Whether IR should focus on clean washrooms is irrelevant. Why are you connecting unrelated issues.

Your brother is advised to attend court and present his side. Maybe the judge will be lenient upon considering his case, especially if this is his first offense.

The girl has made serious threats against your life. You are past the point of exchanging messages and playing sine games. This requires police complaints and active protection for yourself.

So you were driving without a license or insurance. And you hit a pedestrian whi required urgent hospital care and now you are trying to wiggle your way out. If you had been legally present in the road, you would have had the option to challenge the pedestrian in court that they might have been at fault as well. But since you were violating multiple laws, your situation is not favorable.

Illegal and rash drivers on roads must be removed in order to save lives and make our roads safer. You knowingly committed multiple offenses. Your best option is to retain counsel to reason with the pedestrian and offer assistance. They may or may not offer to prosecute you. However, they retain full rights to take you to court. It is best that you take responsibility for your dangerous behavior and work to follow traffic laws.
