Police will do their job it will help them to show this as a solved case in their area. They can only expect some money as this is common in India, other thing can happen is guy saying his sign to that was against his free will and was forced to do so, so he may ask more money.

If you both are in agreement and every single thing is covered in the legal document and verified by an advocate, then i think you should be fine. It may take some time but you should be safe. But yes, quashing FIR is safer.

If you are 18+ they can legally force you to vacate their property. I hope this answers.

Courts have recognised the age of consent as 18, anything which requires a consent won’t be legal if done with a minor (technically) since their consent is invalid in the eye of law.

People do get justice, i wouldn’t say always but they do, the court avoids social media trials and news since social media doesn’t always show reality and can be one sided and biased. In the end if you still disagree with the system then join to clean it.
FYI all countries have criminal cases the only problem is their media people are talking about bigger issues like inflation, corruption and unemployment for now we are having different priorities.

You should negotiate before resignation, they will comply if conditions are reasonable, or else if they wrongfully terminate you without proper reason you can go to court which will be a disaster and still expensive ๐Ÿซฐ for them, it will take your time also.

Resignation is better than termination, companies hardly terminate these days, it ruins their reputation that’s why they offer employees to resign and complete his/her paperwork and pay their dues. Still before resignation, talk to them freely how much you will be getting don’t assume things, find a good job, best wishes.

Ask police for copy of FIR, if they don’t respond try talking to senior, if they don’t respond, you will have to approach some officials through social media like ACP, DCP etc, try through twitter. You can approach the judicial magistrate for FIR also if nothing works.
Such stolen things have less chance of findings so once done with FIR, move on and try to buy new one.
FIR is must so that misuse liabilities can be avoided legally.

Who paid doesn’t matter, property will be divided 50:50 in spouse or children from both sides generally. If one wants money, it depends on their agreed amount. Court might go for circle rate amount but the other party would dispute and the case will take a long time in court.
