horrible. brokerage is there just to give the agent a cut becuase he helped you find a place when you were scouting initially. that is the purpose of it. makes no sense to pay it at each renewal. this is loot.

not a lawyer, but i have never heard of any rule/law which says that shooting photo/video in public place is prohibited..
