SHow about hiding more important details like you did in the first comment? Do you expect people coming here for legal advice with no idea about laws to use common sense? I’m not a lawyer, and yet I could see how your first advice was lacking the most important part: serving legal notice first. I’ve seen cases where people cut electricity and water connections of illegal tenants and the courts asked the landlord to resume it as it’s basic human right. I am sorry for the things you and your girlfriend is going thru OP. please get in touch with a lawyer friend or someone similar for advice. Do not rely on the comments saying “dusre ka raita, biryani, pulav” and all. These people would leave their sister in an abusive household just cuz they don’t have a spine to stand up against abuse.

Judges are appointed by other judges (at least in SC afaik) they appoint someone who’s dada, mamu, chachu, fufa someone who was already a judge. Judges are people with a lot of power and not many consequences. Another one is that female judge in Atul Subhash’s case. If you do not wanna end up in that same position then do not sign any documents and also handle relations and finance differently. Mix them both and you’ll end up in a dilemma.
