UOk now this is what you need to do, first you need to be little calm that scenario has gone out of hand. No matter who’s mistake but the it is beyond comparison.Their are three ways that you can do that.
1. Tell you broker to co-ordinate it is his responsibility to make peace as he was from your end, And find a solution. If that failed
2. Take the money what she is giving and later file a case again her that she has not paid remaining deposit and cc the same complain to society office
3.file a case directly send copy to society stating to refuse NOC for any further Tenant till the time the deposit to you is returned.

UPolice station you should have bribed always. That is unwritten rule for passport. But if the police says it has gone go to postal office.
