If what you are said is a concern, that would have been a problem for like 70% Mallus.

Other than people who choose to keep caste names, most Mallus don’t have common last names with their parents since people get their fathers first name as last name. Christians tend to have a “biblical” middle name too.

We don’t know what kind of man Atul was any way. Not saying Nikita is a righteous person, she abused the law and corruption for things to be in her favour but his letter doesn’t exactly give us a saintly picture of him, enough to make you want to know the other side too.
