March 6, 2025 at 6:21 pmHii ask them to escalate the issue and call customer service and ask them to connect you to their advisor and don’t talk to the first person who received a call. If this doesn’t help then file a complaint with NCH and send a screenshot of complaint filed to amazon via mail at their ofm email id and tell that you are unsatisfied hence filling a complaint. This may issue you a refund.Do give updates here ๐ -
