UNot a lawyer here but Laws are in your friends mother favour more ,Can File a case , Mental harassment, Domestic Violence, Child abuse , Attempt to murder, Physical Harrasment etc , File for alimony which surely your friends mom will get it but the lawyer should be good otherwise case will take time to settle like years , to get in done in most fastest way (fastest doesn’t mean it will be done in few months ) reach some really good and experienced lawyer.UFeeling bad for you Hope you will make it out and I have heard labour laws favour employees.

Also I do have an answer for the other question of yours but I won’t post it since I believe we Indians are not ready to have that level of talk. Also I would be unnecessarily be termed with XYZ stuff in the thread so , lol I don’t want to do all that explanation and stuff but all I can say in few words is Root cause of this is Forceful implementation of certain laws and rules makes the people to find loop hole in them and they resorts to such low tactics.UNo issues even though as a guy if you are victim it’s normal probably from those video call guys who calls and then ask to show stuff on calls , have been through many such cases not at all abnormal for me. Tell him you will file Harassment + blackmail which is pressuring you to take wrong steps (yes this is also illegal and he can be charged). This should do IG. Remember guys if you are a part of the harassment group you will be equally the culprit (*except physical abuse) did you forget about the recent laws that were passed ? I am not too good with laws neither I am a lawyer, but it’s the basics common sense, only that girl can protect him in Court by defending him or by twisting her words in that guys favour as he was there to support her and she don’t want to proceed with anything against him , this should be mentioned explicitly.
