I have voice recordings and call recordings if they are of any value? Should I go to police with that?

What kind of advice is that? My shifting expenses will be more than 10k plus hassle and he won’t let me stay without paying 1 month rent upfront..and since I’ve had an altercation with him won’t be such a nice experience staying there anyways

I did have a very hot talk with him warning of all actions..not budging..now I’m thinking how to proceed..if i file a police complaint i don’t think the police will do anything or am i wrong?
And is it consumer court matter or civil court or criminal court? I thought consumer court applies only when we buy something..
