Never go for a tax lawyer in revenue departments. Better opt for a CA since you have withdrawal records as a contra to your deposits.

CA here, compliances and taxes differ on whether they open a WOS or a branch. FEMA and RBI guidelines are to followed along with relevant DTAA. Feel free to connect for detailed analysis
