      I never said that. There’s a simple solution to deal with noise- using ear buds or noise blocking earpiece. Don’t think society members will start intruding into people’s personal spaces and dictate what they should do in their own house.

        You have no idea what’s going on in their house and what they are dealing with. While living in an apartment there will be movement and noises upstairs, because human beings live there.

            Yes, this happens. Nothing unusual. Not all kids sleep peacefully through the night.

              If they have a kid, then there must be some genuine issue they are facing with a child. A child cannot be chained and expected to sit still. Moreover, the kid has all the right to play inside his house. You also mentioned you don’t want them to make noises the ‘entire day’. That’s absolutely impossible with a small baby/toddler. I know and understand the difficulties and challenges of having young children at home(ask any young parent today and they will tell you the same). Maybe you can speak to the society to establish quiet hours? Not sure how much that will help since a child is involved.
