Sorry it happened to you! I know for some people losing a dog is just like losing a person. Not a lawyer but If you have some kind of proofs you can file a case under animal cruelty. If you don’t know how to collect proofs you can talk to a lawyer he might guide you.

From what you said it looks like your mother is highly likely not to take care of you and your future education once she takes alimony by putting false case on your father. You have to help him. The way your described, it looks like your father will go out of the way to do anything for his kids.
