Complain on national consumer forum then it will take hardly 10 mins
I have myself complained of myntra when they were denying of package opening video now they are calling me and dancing to my tunes

As well mail to skoda india
that will strighten them up
But skoda volksvagon future doesn’t seem bright in Germany itself
