Bhai koi issue nhi hai govt ne 1-2 month phale rules mei thoda changes kiya hai issliye ab property tax receipt bhi chaiye as a proof of address and phale water & electricity bill sei bas hojata tha and residential property hai apki toh bas ye issue hoshakta hai ki apko ek commercial electricity connection lena hoga otherwise electricity department wale penalty lagadengye aur agar aap property tax receipt nhi dena chahte ho toh noc sei bhi kaam hojayega ( mere dost ne abhi recent mei hi GST liya hai usnei hi mereko ye baat bataya toh usko kahi rent par nhi mil rha tha kyuki log property tax receipt Dene mei thoda doubt kr rhe teh toh usnei noc sei krvaliya ) at last it’s yours choice bro
