UThe best solution is never to get into a physical fight. This what even the most trained fighters and army officers say.
Due process is one thing but there is always a chance that they may hit you back. And things could get violent. Whatever recourse is available if you get hurt physically it’s not worth it.
Keep a cool head. Beating people without proper cause can even get you in legal trouble.UAs far as i understand, you can’t record inside institutions whether public or private. They laws will side with specific institutions terms and conditions.
On the other hand, you can record personal phone conversations if you are part of the phone call. I’m india it’s a single party consent system.
