U1) there is a difference between having a balloon thrown at and being sexualised

So SIR respectfully the way how you are letting this go is what’s exactly normalising this kind of behaviourUI spoke to them and they said “ bache hai mazaak karte hai “ and aren’t giving details of the parentsUI have sent multiple emails but there haven’t been any responses the first and third option I don’t think will work and as per the national consumer helpline I have heard they take months and mostly never works ?UI have emailed , tried calling , texted on WhatsApp but no response and now they have taken the product back as well without any refunds pls help
