GST and salary tax are 2 different things and are never applied to the same resource.
Secondly, the court won’t entertain it because no matter how much we cry about it, it’s a necessity since in India there are 50cr-80cr people who can’t afford a meal on top the fact that only single percentage of workforce is paying direct taxes along with bhen-ke-lode govt babus and politicians who doesn’t pay for anything.
So yeah, phli baat to desh ke L lage hai, dusri baat ye ki taxation jruri hai varna 20cr-40cr log 5 saal ke andar aram se mar jaynge India me which in my view isn’t a burden you or anyone wants in the back of their mind.
UBruh then in that case the parents should disown her as well lol.There are millions of cases in India where the other partner cucks off the parents by manipulating their daughter/son.
Best bet is to disown her as the fate of these types of parents is usually shit in the longer run.
UThey are paying to clank down their headache in this whole fiasco tbh.Don’t you think they are looking absurdly stupid about the money they are giving to the son in law just to take care of their daughter ????
They could have easily let her live with them for the rest of her life with half the money spent.

UIdeal run in: you can do whatever you want and her parents can’t do shit to you.Realistic scenario: they will somehow find a way to sway the daughter and then your life will be a living hell as it happens to the majority. She can easily file a rape charge or dowry against you.
So for the absolute peace of your sanity, either get a 100% from her that she wouldn’t F you in the future or if you are having even 1% of doubt(like if her relationship was great with her parents before which makes the swinging easier and etc) then just end it all my guy.
