And u/Vin112358 , if her intentions are actually malicious and it’s not just you coping with heartbreak, save your breakup conversation for later as proof that she broke up.

And no need to be petty and try to harass her for the money back, that’s not how the world works, you took that risk when you were spending on her, call it the cost of a lesson that love isn’t a one way street for anything and move on. If you continue to fuck around with her with all this money back shit, you will soon find out Indian laws are ready to fuck you for life. A rape case is taken very seriously in court and even if there’s no evidence, it lasts years and can cost you crores if you want to come out of it untainted.
