UThe experience has been different for women due to the patriarchal nature of society. If a woman was found to be in a physical relationship with a man before marriage, she would often be deemed unmarriageable. This, however, was not the case for men. Historically, women were sometimes forced to marry their rapists. A woman’s honor was often equated with her sexuality. Laws were made based on the social realities of those times.
However, as times have changed, there is a need for the overhaul of such laws.

Read a news few days ago, the boy was in custody for 10 Months and then the court passed it’s judgment that he is innocent..lmao. Indian justice system hai ye.UAnd yes they can file the case even if you turn 18 saying that it happened when you were minor. Just because someone promised to marry doesn’t mean they’ll follow through.No matter how much you love someone, there’s no guarantee they’ll stay with you forever. Even after marriage, divorce can happen. We should always view things through a realistic lens.
