My two friends and I were riding a bike with triple seating when a police officer suddenly started abusing us for no apparent reason. One of my friends responded rudely, which escalated the situation. As a result, the officer issued us a receipt and instructed us to pay a fine in court.

When we went to court, the judge advised us **not to pay the fine**, as it could affect our eligibility for a passport and other official documents. As a result, the case is still pending. However, this is **not a serious case**, and **no FIR was filed against me**.

Please help me resolve this issue.

its not a serious case and even there is no FIR was Filed against me
