Don’t give home address, take only laptop if it is okay, if not don’t touch any suspicious package. Let them take fingerprints first and use public transport for commute. If not possible use a bike and don’t touch any new packets.

I did the mistake in the heat of the moment. But the indian subsidiary that files the case seems to be very pro litigation.

I checked in https://indiankanoon.org/, they have filed a 50 cases over 3 years. But the few cases i read have atleast 2 or 3 software with multiple counts of infringement. All the cases I checked are no shows by defendant. So really confused
