– it is the 1st document you seek to send someone and you want it to be as comprehensive as possible . Hire a lawyer who in your view will do a thorough job.

One of the reply you have got to this question is that they can’t simply throw stuff without giving you an option to not fly with it and take it back i.e you miss the flight and go home with your stuff back.

This is how it should work. The cisf personnel cannot just throw it away without giving you that opportunity to decide

I am 1000% sure there is a recording of the entire event. There are some 3 millions cameras inside an airport and it is perhaps one of the places in the world where everything is recorded in this day and age

Request the CCTV footage. If you are right, then they have to compensate you

Easier said than done though.
