Get a life, sheesh! If you have done background checks on your tenants and dont have probable cause to suspect any illegal activity, mind your own business! As lomg as they are paying rent on time and dont have people living there that are not on the lease, you cant do jack. Landlords forcing tenants to inform about guests should be illegal. If anything you tenants should be on here asking legal advice to sue you for invasion of privacy! Let them live their life and don’t you dare moral police anyone again!
