15 years? what exactly do they need from you? even ego boost is too much for. long duration of 15 years. Usually there is out of court settlement by paying in these cases

prenup is useless if she has power to throw false criminal cases on your family and blackmail you

all are corrupt but legislature is chosen directly by people.

not legal advice but your friend should read and research about ‘narcisstic personality disorder’. If possible he can see a professional psychologist who will explain him

jab koi mard fake case ki wjh se aurat ke saath aisa karta hai to media usko is tarike se dikhaata hai ki logo ko aurat se hi sahunibhooti ho. Tab koi nhi bolta uske sang bura hua kyuki pure tathya nhi bataate aur agar ye baat bolo to lof boldete hai ki tum ek kaatil ko support karhe ho aur agar wo katl kar sakta hai to ho sakta hai apni biwi ko marta bhi ho ya balatkaari ho. Isse darr nhi banega log aur zyada sochenge ki bechaari aurato pe kitna zulm hota hai.

Atul subhas ki aatmhatya ki wjh se hi ab log thoda nind se jaage hai chaahe uska khud ka fayda na hua ho par bhartiya mardo pe upkaar kar gya

then spend entire life in jail? Indian jails are hell on earth for anyone who grew up with basic amenties of life like sanitation, decent food etc. True that Fake cases can ruin your life but still there are many men who survive and build their life again. Better to fight the case, burn money and suffer instead of suffering after going to jail.

If they take laws in their hand then court will start denying bail and anticipatory bail so it will harm men only in long term. Its not a practical solution. Better for men to make a brotherhood and make this an election issue

yeah this is what I was trying to say. Story may not be convincing but that is because you are being fair towards both side. Issue is that lot of benefit of doubt will be given to woman and she will be seen as victim. Court won’t be just and fair like you in case of man vs woman

I also use to follow these judgements but I realised we only get to read judgements of High court and supreme courts mostly. Trial courts are a different thing and can be more biased towards woman. Like in a case a married dude had aggair with a neighbour girl. Got her pregnant and now the child was even old enough to go to school. She decided to file false promise of marriage only now and trial court even convicted him. It was SC or HC that acquitted him later. This is why I think court becomes more biased when woman becomes pregnant.

obviously if the judges are being fair then fake case will hardly last but my point wasn’t conviction but the guy staying in jail without bail for long time and then fighting case for years.

                                are you a lawyer?

its hypothetical for now. We were in love then brokeup. After I got married we connected and he said we will marry now. We fucked and I got pregnant but he said we are gonna marry. Now my husband knows and life is destroyed as he is also dumping me. I was used and left with a child. He keep giving me false assurance or blackmailed me but now wants to run away completely
