Prevention of Cruelty to Animals Act, 1960

The Prevention of Cruelty to Animals Act, 1960 defines cruelty to animals. 

For a first-time offense, the punishment can include imprisonment for up to three months, a fine of up to Rs. 50, or both. 

For subsequent offenses, the imprisonment can extend up to six months, a fine of up to Rs. 100, or both. 

But you don’t have any witnesses and the entire case is based on circumstantial evidence

NAL judges in india are close to the advocates as most judges are chosen from advocates so they have a habit of passing personal remarks during the case. This is just the culture

Maybe bring it up in the society whatsapp group , name and shame . Or with the heads of the society.

Or just generally bring up how boys who come from outside are even teasing and it is becoming a security concern

Sadly adult males don’t face repercussions for eve teasing, I don’t think children will face any repercussions and you don’t have proof.
