One of my friend of friend had a similar incident where water is leaking from floor above but the tenant is not fixing it nor allowing him to fix it, Reason given: It’s my floor i would only fix if i want to.

So he took a drill machine and started putting holes in the ceiling in the middle of the night every day and literally broke the top floor’s bahroom area, quarrel and his response, it’s my ceiling i will do whatever i want to, after few days complaint went and police came and finally the other guy came to a agreement to fix the issue.

From that point, I added it to my toolkit and if i ever buy a apartment and ended up in a situation like this, i would pick this brahmastra if other methods doesn’t work.

25k is not a big amount, forgot it, you’re not going to get it back. You’ll spend 30k to lawyer to recover 25k. You learnt a 25k paid lession in life.

If the money is received through fradulent manner, then it can be withheld by bank providing cyber cell’s direction, and cyber cell usually act basis of a complaint from a victim who lost the money. If you haven’t done any fradulent activitiy then you’re good.

You will be able to see why it was suspended in the first place through Aaadhaar portal.

When you apply for re-enablement of aadhaar you’ll get a SRN (Service Request Number), When SRN is rejected it will have a reason why it is rejected, what is the reason mentioned in the SRN?

Without any of the two reason above, it will be hard for anybody to guide here.

“Don’t message it up, try to do the right thing.” – This i meant to say when you get a new aadhaar under same biometrics, the new one will be eventually cancelled again saying duplicate aadhaar.

I would go in this order

              1. Login to Aadhaar portal to see why it is suspended and based on that

              2. Apply for re-enablement through E-Seva

                Why it was suspended?
                Can’t re enabled ?
                Why apply for new one?

Share the proper details of what is happening on your side.

Don’t message it up, try to do the right thing.

Wow, People like you are the sole reason this country never improves, encouraging to bribe, really dude?
What he is going to do after that? He will never recover from that moral debt. Bribe is a last resort / sin.

RTO offices are corrupt, but usually dealers are cowards encouraging them to get bribe, don’t pay and ask the dealer to move forward without bribe, if any harrasment report to cpgrams
