May 6, 2026 at 9:15 pmHaan bhai List III*
Ab same tarah se google and see your state based act that governs the university regulations. BCI mandates are not accepted as it is but subject to tweak by State based Acts. University Act of Karnataka may allow Christ to do what they are doing. Due diligence karlo and see if you have a cause of action.May 6, 2026 at 8:24 pm in reply to: Can a deemed university’s BA LLB program legally exceed BCl’s attendance cap despite the Delhi HC ruling? #77376UUser_625fd44f

May 6, 2026 at 8:24 pmUnderstand something, education is a matter falling under List II i.e., concurrent list of the Constitution. Your state is just as competent as a central body to constitute rules and regulations in these matters!May 6, 2026 at 8:23 pm in reply to: Need advice regarding sending exemption application by post to Delhi court #77523UUser_625fd44f

May 6, 2026 at 8:23 pmI can help you out. Courts in Rohini are not very tech friendly, yes there is a VC facility where neither the judge would listen to you nor you would be able to listen to him.UUser_625fd44f

May 6, 2026 at 8:03 pmShort answer is no! File a suit for partition and separate possession. All three of you would have an equal share. The father is free to give his 1/3rd share entirely to the other brother.UUser_625fd44f

May 6, 2026 at 8:01 pmI will be honest! You filing a divorce case would immediately be met with cases under DV Act and other 125 CrPC proceedings (most likely)I would advise filing it on the ground of cruelty but be ready for a long battle then! I am assuming the custody order must be of help since it has granted you the custody of a minor child. If your wife is unemployed, be even more prepared to contest long legal battles.

May 6, 2026 at 7:57 pm1. No2.No, ideally contact a lawyer with a fixed fee which can be paid in parts.
3. Press the judge to get it recorded, the Public prosecutors will not be serious till your lawyers makes them act serious.
4. Ideally, yes!
5. Do not do it, strategically discuss the case with a lawyer and assess your ROI! Besides, you can get your FIR quashed and let the one your registered continue. Counter-cases are often frowned upon but what would matter is the detail!
Who filed first, the gap in both FIRs, witnesses involved, similarity in fact, prima facie allegations amongst other!UUser_625fd44f
