projecting much..? We resolved the issue, he was being rude for no reason, now he agreed it was unreasonable and disabled audio. He was bluffing for the FIR, I told him I actually would since he is non willing to co-operate.

He is just installing, I asked him if we could see what extent it captures our audio, he said go get an FIR and didn’t listen… so what can I complain, don’t wanna lie about anything but at same time the technician said yeah myy house audio willl get captured..coz its like 2 m away from house or less.
