May 7, 2026 at 9:52 amIf the accounts were genuine created with genuine information you are fine. If you used fake information to create accounts you could be held as an accessory. But action could be remote. AaMay 7, 2026 at 2:08 am in reply to: Company billing two clients for 16 hours daily for my work, but I only get my original salary. Legal advice? #77189UUser_6815da47

February 3, 2025 at 9:18 amDepends on whether there is a state law requiring you to return token amount, Kerala has. If the state has such a law you will need to show injury and loss of money. Otherwise you can keep the money, that is the purpose of token to hedge against the risk from opportunity cost.UUser_6815da47

February 1, 2025 at 2:15 pmIf it is not a legal case, notice from court no need to respond. Looks like a lawyer’s notice which is mainly for intimidation. I don’t think it will amount to anything, you can just ignore it. Proper way for your uncle and aunt was to make a application with property registry/court and they will issue you a notice seeking your non-objection. If you do not respond they may take its as no objection and give property to your uncle and aunt. This may wary from state to state.Since you do not want to make a claim, there is no need to respond to any mail or notice.
