Hire a Local CA here, they’ll do it for you. Armchair filings and complaints won’t do anything. Get someone local to file it and sort it out for you.

Nahi. Raising a ticket on the portal goes no where except for technical issues. You’d have to reach out personally and let him know and submit a representation and get that copy marked as received. Cc’d to the Commissioner as well.
Which ward in Hyd is it?

You’ll have to reach out to the local GST assesssing officer of the ward your GST is being used and file an official complaint with him. They’ll take up the matter and issue notices every where concerned.
