UKeeping in mind that it’s a Hindu marriage, also the fact that she has filed for divorce in NZ, ask the husband to file a Restitution of conjugal rights petition. She won’t reply to the same, most likely. File for divorce on the grounds of mental cruelty, subsequently file a Guardianship petition. Cherry on top, file a complaint for bigamy and notify the NZ embassy of the same. Voila!UEither you do it the right way, that way your mum gets involved or you do it, concoct the story from your POV and get the ball rolling. Filing a formal complaint does not land you in the court directly. The cops would call the perpetrator to the PS to get the process started. Worst comes to worst they’ll proceed with the registration of case. Take a steadfast decision dude! No point lingering with the idea of getting back at him.
If you decide to let it simmer, then I am sorry to say this, but you are most definitely on the wrong thread.
UFile a complaint by yourself. Instead of asking your mom to file a complaint, you do it. Also, assuming you are an adult, try not to make further excuses and take the responsibility of pursuing the complaint yourself, don’t drag your mum into all this. That way she wouldn’t be bothered by any of it and you’d have to face the coppers when it comes to it.
