      Similar situation happened with me. I sent them an email asking for updates and confirmation. And mentioned that if they fail to reply I would be forced to raise complaint to consumer court as they took my money and not sending me the furniture.

      They replied back with details why delivery was delayed etc etc.
      And later I received the products. Didn’t need to raise a complain.
      You can try the same.
