Sorry, one more question sir/ma’am. What happens to the money the appeal court asks for? Does that go to the complainant? I’m trying to think of outcomes for both scenarios – assuming appellate court find outcomes in my parents favor vs not in my parents favor – what is the outcome then for each case.
