To the MODS – Can we have a flair system ?
Let OP choose if he wants reply “only from lawyers” or “replies from all”

I totally agree with OP here, Back in the days I used to visit this sub reddit to learn about laws and what should be done if we are in the same spot in future. But recently the quality of sub has gone down the gutters. 99% replies starts from NAL then some blah blah blah. Not that I hate those comments, I understand they want to help too but then actual comments by lawyers get lost in the comments.

Can we please have a flair system here ?

How much influence can a lawyer have on a verdict of a case ?
Lets assume someone has committed a crime and doesn’t have as much evidence against him. (Evidence 50% align towards him being guilty)
What percentage of the court’s verdict depend on the competence of lawyer of this case ?

He is talking about defending not talking about representing. You can represent you client where he can accept whatever he has done.
Its about morality, Fighting and defending someone when they themselves have accepted of wrong doing in front of you.
