At least search the number on TC and for whatever reason don’t contact anyone through electronic means get a lawyer to send a request to redact your number or file an affidavit regarding your status and compliance with the investigation.

For prevention of future troubles get a same person affidavit where it states ABC , ADF , and ADEF are the name of the same person.

You can open an account regardless. visit a branch they are obliged to overwrite your new account as the linked account as the no. Is in your name now.
If you can’t physically visit. Call the bank and ask them to unlink this no. As you are getting unwanted messages or you are having trouble in setting up online services with the bank.

Don’t acknowledge the money is a debt in written messages.

If you have already done that.
Go hire a lawyer.

If I was your lawyer i would likely suggest..
Filing case under ipc section 90 and 375 and once contact with his lawyer is made ask your lawyer to go for settlement against you taking back the Cr. Case
