Use the 5L to pay down the EMIs. Get the notice to vacate withdrawn or suspended. Continue efforts to sell the house, maybe even to the person who gave you the 5L.

Plenty of people go through church/ temple/ etc marriage in interfaith alliances but do not always end up following spouse’s religion.

Give the notice in his parish and get married there. A temple marriage is the other option. You could do both too. Get it registered once married.

Getting work authorization is not easy. Education may cost you more. You will be a novelty if you live in a non-tier 1 city. HIPAA and anything along those lines is non-existent. Spurious products market themselves under established brands. Traffic is chaotic. Kids may find it a problem to get USC. Eating beef is discouraged. Safety is an issue. People are nosy. Has the company not hired anyone else? Were all offers revoked? Calling them scammers, just because your offer was revoked, could be a problematic claim without evidence. NAL.
