Your sister can file a police complaint regarding this and once police knocks at the door of the guy he will not give threats anymore. But getting pics deleted is not an easy task as he can just upload the pics and vids in some private cloud and delete it from phone and laptop say that he don’t have anything and just bluffing etc. but if he uploads it some where then you can a complaint in cyber cell and court also to get is removed and the guy in question could even land in jail for doing this.
