January 22, 2025 at 10:29 amIt is the right thing to do, tell him it’s a medical emergency and you need the money ASAP.Going to his flat is the only thing left to do, and him not picking up calls means he might be doing this to many people as well.
Be prepared to hear some excuse like some of his relative died or etc but don’t budge and tell him you want it right now only and ask him to show you his current bank balance.

rather file an FIR get FIR copy and submit it to your insurance for a claim and that way the insurance company will take money from the culprit’s TP cover and not yours.Don’t get scared from police people saying you this is a hassle and will take and stuff.
As soon as the other party hears there’s a case, there is a strong chance they will settle this outside court and give you repair money,
which is what you want right?
