Try to appeal to her humanity
And talk to a lawyer, a good lawyer will charge not more than 3-5k for a consult

SC/ST act ke under please file an FIR

Make official complaint in Consumer court and send them the copy of the complaint

This is sad. Your mamu needs to refresh media memory because Atul Subhash case is long out of media attention and his wife already got bail
We need probably tens of thousands of Atul Subhash before the deaf judiciary does something.
