Till she is a minor you are her legal guardian so even if she doesn’t listen to you she doesn’t have any other choice so be bindass and you can do either of the two things either you can file a case against that guy under there is one section of IPC I can’t remember but it has something to do with legal guardians like if someone is trying to do something against minor that is in offence and there are also other provisions which will work in your favour but you need to read IPC and or else you can give that guy warning that you are going to do something like this

Good enough I think this is a legal contract see the position right now is that registration has to be done within 4 months but the position at that time would have been different so you will have to read the law which was prevailing at that point of time you can read India Kanoon now let me tell you about law of contract contract happens when there is an offer and there is acceptance along with consideration so here all three things are there but this is not ordinary contract this is contract with regard to Transfer of Property so Transfer of Property Act will also apply and so it has to be registered this is the position right now but at that time it depends what law was also understand that if the contract is not done you can pursu Civil and criminal remedies also civil remedy will be ke bhai you will get damages that means you will get the money along with interest and criminal remedies are usually faster but that is to get that person into jail and you will not get money out of it like criminal remedies are usually to build pressure

If they are really scammers then you might be having proof then show there is nothing to worry about because if you are proof it means it is true truth is exception to defamation

It depends a lot on which state you are in but usually States have registry where the property is registered in name of a particular person so until the properties registered in your name I don’t think there be a lot of problem but still one has to check all the papers you can contact me if you want with regards to ROC you don’t have to tell them the regulate the companies so the company as to tell them you only have to ensure that proper cancellation agreement is done it also depends on whether the agreement is registered or not arised in case they are not using it for company use then your tenancy agreement should only state that they will use it for a particular purpose only if it doesn’t state that usual you are giving them licence to use it for any purpose but any good lawyer would have drafted it in such a way that a purpose for which the tenancy will be used will be written in the agreement

Review number one is just the example of what I said it is very subjective so anything can be used to prove that you had a terrible experience there also it is your opinion so they can’t hold you liable for defamation as per as I remember but you will have to check

She truth is exception to defamation if you have material by which you can prove that what you are saying is true then you need not worry a lot also don’t worry about legal notice it is usually to threaten if they file a case then you have to start worry they might be right about the part with regards to Indian Penal Code where you might be spoiling their reputation so if you have proof with regards to something then I would suggest that you write those reviews and also you can write in my opinion before every review which is also a defense to defamation as far as I know but you will have to check if you came through anything

I think there is a section in IPC with regards to neglecting children by parents I don’t know if that will be applicable now with regards to you paying maintenance I think you might have to because under section 125 also you might have to pay maintenance section 125 of CRPC so what you can do is show that your cases is a special case where the person has not fulfilled his duty your mother was kind of Parda Nasheen woman kind of a thing where she did not have means or time to get aquainted with law so she did not file any claim against a husband and you will have to have evidences supporting these kind of claims that you made that he abandoned you also if you Google search you will find what can be done in case of people abandoning their children there are sites like India Kanoon which can help you
