Did you get the registration done when giving him the flat ? I dont mean just agreement. I mean govt registration. If you have got that go to police, use the rent which he has paid you. You know what i mean right.

Go to govt hospital OPD. Show your bruises. Take medicine like painkillers. Then written complaint (attach prescription from govt hospital. Prescription must have date) to State Women Commision, ACP, DCP, Jt Commisioner (Crawford Market), DG office.

The same police will come and with folded hand would request you to take back the complaint.

Students can use this –

If something like this happens just politely say sorry but while saying sorry take their name (name badge on the chest) and just ask which police station they belong to. Say “Sorry I cant give you my father’s name but I will request him to call your Zonal Incharge (DCP in city or SP in Rural). Immediately the abuses will stop and you leave from their. Speak with confidence and in their dept language.

If you are a girl, file sexual assault case. Ask police for an FIR copy. And send that FIR copy to his place of work. File divorce as well immediately.

You will HATE me but I believe this situation of men is because of men only. Men supported stupid feminism. Feminism like women is special, kyu bhai special just because she is women she is special. How can a female who doesn’t have career and dependent on someone else is special? Equality has to be there. Equality in legal system is a huge part of equality. At least, now men should stop simping and stop giving special treatment to a women, just because she is women by birth.
