Hey, thenks for the response. What process did you follow to get the bags back? Currently I’m just following up with them on calls and Instagram, and getting a similar response that they are looking at untagged bags/ waiting for response from all stations. But mostly it’s it’s who have to keep calling and asking them, is there a better way? Thank you so much!
