Cool. I had to pay extra. I was also sent back 2-3 times for random reasons. Then, since we had to leave the city, we approached the person in charge (the one who takes applications in the morning) and asked what it would take. We had the certificate by the end of the day.

By the way, a bunch of people who had everything in order still didn’t get the certificate because they were told the server wasn’t responding. Eventually, they had to pay too.
