NAL. If you do not want spend 2 years in courts try to settle after sending a lawyer notice. You will get justice if you take them to the courts but it will be delayed. Saying this as a person who took a big brand to consumer court.

Thank you for sharing. It gives people some hope against companies that are unfair in their dealings with customers.
