      The fact that my existing plan is still active and the new recharge has not been activated proves that this was an accidental transaction. If I had intended to use the โ‚น3599 plan, I wouldnโ€™t be asking for a refund,it would have been activated immediately. Additionally, I tried to rectify this mistake instantly by reaching out to Jio, which shows my genuine intent. A customer should have the right to cancel or correct an unused recharge, just like in any other industry where refunds are allowed for unused services.”

          I was trying to do a data add-on, and honestly, I have no idea how this happened. I didnโ€™t enable the autopay option, and this was an honest mistake while selecting the recharge.
