February 10, 2025 at 4:14 amThe fact that my existing plan is still active and the new recharge has not been activated proves that this was an accidental transaction. If I had intended to use the โน3599 plan, I wouldnโt be asking for a refund,it would have been activated immediately. Additionally, I tried to rectify this mistake instantly by reaching out to Jio, which shows my genuine intent. February 9, 2025 at 2:15 pmI was trying to do a data add-on, and honestly, I have no idea how this happened. I didnโt enable the autopay option, and this was an honest mistake while selecting the recharge. -
