UNAL, but this is something I understood from lawyer relative. If there is really a ‘clear cut’ evidence, no defense lawyer can win a battle in courtroom – judges are smart enough to smell bullshit. They win battles outside the courtroom, a.k.a corruption.
When there are stupid judgments, it doesn’t happen due to stupidity it is a conscious decision made due to nefarious reasons. We are the fools who believe such judgments are due to incompetency instead of seeing the blatant corruption.
You have to rectify the judges (not the lawyers) if you want to address the issues u’ve posted
UIf you don’t have steam NSFW filter on, you will regularly see RPG Maker style games in new releases. There is this dev called Kagura games if you want to see what I am talking about.UNice idea. A lot of base games are sold on steam, and players are asked to patch the NSFW stuff from their sites. I was wondering why devs would go the extra mile to serve a niche portion of their customers. Turns out I was wrong, devs intended theirs to be an NSFW game from the start, and most of their fans base know this already.UNAL…. but I knew a couple in their 20s who had a somewhat applicable situation. It was an LM where a girl (relative) was from a wealthy background. She has no job, dont know housework, etc., so the husband and his dad demanded money from her parents to take care of her.Her parents had good influence through cops and lawyers, but nothing could be done legally bcz the girl agreed with him and wanted to live with him. The best the parents could do was to not give money to them (then the marriage fell apart cz the girl couldn’t adjust her lifestyle)
I know this is very different (younger couple and parents aren’t paying bcz they hate the guy – no affordability issues). But the point i tried to get across is that unless the wife wants to do something about it, you all are just a powerless third party there.
