how do you know this girl? under what circumstances/agreement did you give her the card? Did you two talk about in on chat? Would she have screenshots that you willingly let her use it?

he has given her the OTP. no way that she is going to accept to pay it all back. most likely OP was ok with her spending all this money because OP thought she was his gf.
