March 15, 2025 at 2:23 pmThat’s just an excuse for selling faulty products. As I mentioned before, if I wanted to buy a product that won’t last long, I wouldn’t be spending a lot of money. There is a reason why certain brands are preferred over others.March 15, 2025 at 12:48 pm in reply to: I bought a faulty product from a popular TV brand. March 15, 2025 at 12:46 pmIt’s not built to last forever. If they are charging 42k for a TV, is it bad for the customer to expect at least 8 to 10 years of decent quality? I would’ve bought a cheaper brand if this was the expectation.March 15, 2025 at 12:38 pm in reply to: I bought a faulty product from a popular TV brand. March 15, 2025 at 12:38 pmI understand it was inevitable but they are not taking any responsibility. 22k is a lot of money for some people. It’s easy to replace a TV but this is unfair.Edited to add: I spent a lot of time researching before buying this TV and 42k is a lot of money for the product to go to waste in just 2 years. These are the reasons why I feel wronged.
