ok after checking all the info from the posts etc

only way is for the girl to contact a top NGO that caters for childrens , only they can fight against the system in this issue, and she needs to do it ASAP

and the that father married 4 times and all the wife’s are dead, this sounds damn sus about the father, guy is a literal danger for the daughter,

first check your scholarship’s terms and conditions

and go to a lawyer ASAP, he/she will read about your case,

dont know about tester bottle but the cost of that specific spray its around 13k to 19k rupees

damn that steal is costly asf maybe thats why they want to move legally

if CBI is involved brother best course of action go and ask your Legal counsel if u don’t have one, go and speak to a lawyer, wont get a straight and correct answer in reddit,

go ask a lawyer ASAP
