I went through something similar. I wish I could tell you an easy way out but there are none. It’s easy for people to say her PI and Divorce etc but everything is just torture, soon families will get involved and just add to the trauma.

Send legal paper for mutual separation agreement, list adultery as a reason (no need to provide proof or anything) just keep saying you have ample proof. See her reaction, and take it from there.
